GOLDEN SANDS

“Golden Sands” - a three level holiday country house is located on the coastline of Baltic Sea 120 km from St.Petersburg. One of the most technically challenging projects made by us. The site included two underground flow paths and a large accumulation of peat.

Architectural project involved a whole complex of concept ideas and working drawings for the house interiors and the site landscape plans. A small separate sleep-out with Russian bania and an outside hot water bath were set in the top right corner of the site.
